Health of the Nation: Final days to sign up for Sam Wood’s free health club

Fitness trainer Sam Wood is urging every Australian to say “yes” to improving their health in 2024 instead of “coulda, woulda, shouda” for another year.

“Did you say 2024 was your year and you’ve already given up on it? It’s not too late. Be the one that says, ‘I’m doing it’,” Wood said.

TV’s former Bachelor and one of Australia’s leading trainers is the ambassador for the Health of the Nation campaign, created by News Corp, which aims to help Aussies live happier, healthier and stronger lives.

Wood has created a free eight-week Health Club to help everyday people kickstart their fitness routine — and it starts on Monday.

“Don’t miss out. I know getting yourself in shape can feel overwhelming. Honestly, the hardest part is starting. My free Health Club is perfect to take that first step,” he said.

“The fact that 25,000 Aussies have taken up Health Club already shows the need for this.”

Wood’s online at-home program includes:

• Workouts: cardio, HIIT, pilates, strength, dance fit and yoga for all fitness levels.

• Meal plans: Quick and easy seasonal recipes with options to swap ingredients to suit dietary requirements

• Motivational resources

• Guided meditations

• Full support from Sam Wood and his team, plus a private community Facebook group

“This is the year you can say yes to a healthier you,” Wood said.

“This is the year you can make small changes to how you eat, how much you move and how you feel each day and end up with a better you.”

Sam Wood’s Health Club is free with no credit card details required. Starts Monday, February 5 and runs for eight weeks.
