ClickUpSEO was founded in Pedara, Catania in 2019 with a simple principle: do SEO that produces verifiable results and document it so that clients can see exactly what was done and what worked. This sounds obvious, but in practice most SEO services deliver ranking dashboards and little else.

Over six years we have worked with tech startups in Catania, boutique hotels in Palermo, wine estates on Etna, professional practices in Messina, and e-commerce businesses selling across Europe. The common thread is that all of them had organic traffic that did not reflect the quality of what they were selling.

We do not have a team of 30. We do not manage large agency accounts. We run a selected number of active accounts at any one time so we can know each site in depth and produce specific work, not generic work. Every client gets dedicated research, not a template strategy.

Our approach to reporting

Every month every active client receives two separate documents. The first is the work log: a chronological document listing every action taken during the month, the rationale for doing it, and the supporting screenshot or URL where applicable. The second is the performance report.

The performance report opens with commercial metrics: organic sessions, form completions, call tracking attribution, or e-commerce revenue depending on what is relevant for that business. Keyword positions appear after, as secondary supporting evidence, not as the headline.

Every 90 days we conduct a written strategy review. We openly assess what has produced results and what has not, and adjust strategy accordingly. If something is not working, we say so. We do not wait for the client to ask.
