ClickUpSEO offers refunds under the following conditions:
A full refund is available if we have not yet commenced work on your order. As work typically begins within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation, refund requests must be submitted promptly to info@clickupseo.com.
If work has commenced but the deliverable has not yet been delivered, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the work not yet completed. The assessment of work completed is based on documented work logs.
Once a deliverable has been delivered (audit report, optimisation document, monthly work log, link report, etc.) no refund is available for that deliverable. This is because the intellectual work product has been produced and transferred.
Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refund is available for the current billing month once work for that month has commenced. Cancellation requests must be sent to info@clickupseo.com.
Email info@clickupseo.com with your order reference, name, and reason for the refund request. We process refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
