Orders are placed through this website. Payment is processed by Stripe. A contract is formed when payment is confirmed. We will confirm receipt of your order by email and contact you within 1 business day to arrange project access.
Delivery timelines are stated per service on the relevant service pages and in the Delivery Policy. Timelines begin from the date we receive the access described in the service specification (typically Google Search Console). Late or incomplete access provision by the client may extend delivery timelines proportionally.
All content, reports, and documents produced under a service engagement are owned by the client upon full payment. We retain the right to reference the general type of work (not specific client data) in our portfolio.
We do not guarantee specific search engine ranking positions. Search engines operate independently and no agency can guarantee a specific ranking outcome. We do guarantee that work will be performed as described, documented, and delivered within the stated timeline.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or loss of business arising from search engine algorithm changes beyond our control.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Catania, Sicily, Italy.
