FAQ

Frequently asked questions with direct answers. No vagueness.

Sites with significant technical problems often see initial ranking movement within 4-8 weeks of those issues being resolved. Sites competing for genuinely competitive terms with low domain authority should expect 6-12 months to see consistent traffic growth. We give you a specific written timeline based on your actual situation before any work begins.

No -- and you should be cautious of any agency that does. Google controls its algorithm and no external party can guarantee how it responds to any specific change. What we guarantee is documented work, honest monthly reporting, and 90-day strategy reviews where we openly assess what is and is not producing results.

Yes. We are based in Pedara, Catania, but work with clients across Italy and internationally. Our Sicily and southern Italy expertise is most useful for businesses targeting those markets, but we have clients in Rome, Milan, and in Northern Europe. All services are delivered digitally.

Monthly services require a 3-month initial term. After the initial period, they continue on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days written notice required to cancel. We do not lock clients into annual contracts -- if the work is not producing results you should be free to stop.

For the audit, we need read access to Google Search Console. For monthly retainers, we prefer to provide precise technical instructions to your developer rather than direct CMS access, though we can work with direct access if provided. Every access requirement is documented clearly before work begins.

At the end of each month you receive two documents: a work log showing exactly what was done and why, and a performance report showing organic traffic trends, goal completions, and ranking movement for tracked pages. Every 90 days we conduct a written strategy review assessing what is working and what adjustments to make.
