Diagnostic

A full technical crawl and Search Console analysis before any strategy is formed. We identify the actual reason rankings are not moving -- not the most common reasons, the real ones specific to your site.

Roadmap

A written document that converts every finding into a sequenced action plan. What to fix first, what to produce second, where to build authority third. The roadmap is yours -- you can implement independently or we can execute it.

Execution

Monthly work packages delivered against the roadmap. Every task logged with timestamps, before-and-after screenshots, and a brief explanation of what we expected it to achieve. Nothing happens silently.

Revenue Review

Monthly performance reports that open with what changed commercially -- organic sessions, form completions, call tracking attribution, or e-commerce revenue depending on your setup. Keyword positions are secondary evidence, not the headline.

What you need to provide

For most projects we need read access to Google Search Console. We do not need CMS access to complete audits, strategy documents, or off-site work. For on-page implementation we prefer to provide detailed developer instructions rather than requesting direct CMS login credentials, though we can work with both.

What happens in the first week

After payment and Search Console access we run a full technical crawl and Search Console export. By day 3 you receive an initial briefing document summarising what we found and confirming the starting focus. Your first full deliverable arrives within the contracted delivery window.

How we handle problems

If we discover a technical issue that sits outside the original scope, we flag it in writing and discuss whether to handle it within the current engagement or price it separately. We do not silently expand scope or run extra hours without approval.
